IMI Bhubaneswar set to host FDP on Emotional Intelligence: the armour of good marketers


IMI Bhubaneswar will host the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) ATAL Academy sponsored one-week online Faculty Development Programme on Emotional Intelligence. To be held between 18th and 22nd January 2021, the programme will see the presence of leading lights from industry and academia. They will gain insights on why Emotional Intelligence is the key to the performance of business personnel, as experts highlight its importance on this knowledge-sharing platform.

In traditional business environments, technical skills and analytic abilities were considered crucial for high performing professionals.
